For Using Mississauga Tutoring's Service

Mississauga Tutoring Inc is committed to providing you with the highest quality of tutoring services, and has built its reputation by fostering trusting relationships with its students and parents. We strive to provide you with excellent service and encourage you to inform us immediately if you have any questions or concerns. All One-on-one Tutoring Sessions are conducted either at the home of the student or at an alternate public location, at the discretion of the parent. At the end of each tutoring session, the parent/student must sign the Tracking form to confirm receipt of tutoring sessions, in order to avoid issues around number of sessions that have been conducted. All prepaid packages are valid for up to one year and are transferable within the same household, without any penalty. Please ensure that you only purchase as many hours as you are certain you will be able to utilize. The length of each tutoring session, as well as the frequency, can be varied based on an increased need for sessions closer to exam time or to review difficult material. We are confident behind the quality of our service, and this affords us the luxury of being able to offer our money back guarantee if you are not 100% satisfied with the tutor that has been assigned to you. If you find this to be the case, please notify us within 2 business days of your session, and we will refund your money without hesitation. Please note that the maximum liability that Mississauga Tutoring Inc can be subject to is for one hour of tutoring services as per our guarantee policy. While the vast majority of our students see improvements in their marks after the first few sessions, we make no guarantees on individual performance. We conduct rigorous screening for all of our tutors, to ensure that you being taught by the brightest and most skillful instructors available. However, any damages or liability issues must be taken up directly with the tutor on an individual basis separate in its entirety from Mississauga Tutoring Inc. and any of its employees, directors, founders and associates as well as all of the familial and other relations thereof.
